Data Jammer

Introducing Data Jammer - an adhesive film designed to create a blackout effect on your LCD or Plasma screens while still allowing a perfect view through the glass. This polarising film is perfect for offices, boardrooms, or any location where privacy and data security are essential.

Data Jammer is constructed with a hard, scratch-resistant layer that provides durability and makes maintenance during window cleaning easy. The PVA film is coated with a PS adhesive that polymerises with the glass within 15 days. The polarising film is the core of this product, providing the blackout effect on your screens.

With a Solar Screen® warranty of 5 years, Data Jammer can be stored at temperatures ranging from -5°C to +40°C. It is also compliant with REACH RoHS regulations. The available widths for this product are 122cm.

This product's technical data sheet shows that when applied to clear glass 3mm thick, Data Jammer has a 44% visible light transmission, an 8% reflection of external visible light, a 9% reflection of internal visible light, and a 30% total solar energy rejection. It also reduces solar glare by 58%, making it an excellent option for spaces with a lot of sunlight.

Installation advice recommends vertical installation on standard glass surfaces. This product is compatible with a range of clear and tinted single and double pane windows, but not recommended for gas-filled double pane windows. The roll length is 30.5m, and the film composition is PET+PVA, with a thickness of 132 μ. From the outside, the film is transparent.

To maintain this product, it is recommended to use a soapy water solution (ref. 600-F0355 Film on) for cleaning. Do not clean for at least a month and do not apply any stickers or adhesive to the film. Warning: special installation, see installation instruction sheet.

Overall, Data Jammer is an effective and cost-efficient solution for enhancing privacy and data security in any space. With its blackout effect on screens, it ensures that confidential information is kept safe while still allowing natural light to enter the room.
